Why Keller, TX is a great place to live
Being in the DFW Metroplex, Keller doesn't have the best weather around, especially in the spring when the weather can and does get violent. Keller is well laid out, and has a sense of community. The crime rate is very low, and the people are un-pretentious, despite having a median income well above average. Housing is affordable and of good quality. The property taxes are astronomical, though. (Approx 4500 for a 175,000 house). The school system is considered excellent, but I don't think it warrants the high taxes. Overall, I rate Keller a big thumbs up> I have been living here for 11 years, and have not regretted the move.
