Clermont the Place to Be
Clermont is difinetly a beautiful area to live. It does have the rolling hills. You practically do not have to leave the area to do anything and I mean anything. The stores are there, sidewalks, restaurants,and the coming attractions will be a movie theatre. The view is to die for and the people are nice and pleasant.
Although I admit at one point there was a lot of traffic on HWY 27 but they have increase the roads to 3 lanes and traffic has become less of a problem. The good thing is that you have various alternatives to reach your destinations, I4, Florida Turnpike, HWY 192, HWY 50 west colonial.
Post office convenient, cleaners, Dr's office, Hospitals, again Clermont is the place to be and I am from NY a true City girl. Not to mention Downtown Orlando is becoming very trendy can't wait for the final transformation in that area. I can write these things because I live here.
