Expensive Lifestyle I have visited Santa Barbara and found that it is indeed one of the most beautiful cities in the United States and the weather is almost perfect. Too bad that the only ones who seem to be able to live here are either the very rich or the homeless! You get the feeling that the city fathers like to have you come to visit but would rather not have anybody else come here to live!
