Climate Temperate, with moderate seasonal changes. Temperature in Fall and Spring is pleasant with mild humidity. Summers (July and August primarily) tend to be miserable due to higher temperature (90s) and humidity. Winters have been mild recently, with very little snow. Ice storms are the bigger problem here, and occasional power outages in select areas do crop up.
