Quality of Life Cautions in Commerce
Being a college town, there are people that will take advantage of new comers to town, Before renting an apartment or house, check with the commerce housing authority, city hall, police department to see if your prospective landlord or landlords manager is known to them. In recent events I called the police department to file a complaint, the dispatcher related to me information, that I wish I has known before renting from this particular property manager, that habitually bullies tenants because they are low income and/or young and dont know any better.
Renters Beware. if at all possible only rent from legitimate companies and stay away from mom and pop wannabees.
