Dried UP I grew up about an hour from here and when I moved back the job market led me toward Conroe but the cost of living made it worth the commute to and from Huntsville. But Huntsville itself has zero jobs unless you are going work for the state; even a lot of my young clients who go to school at the University work as far as Houston because of better pay. The city is trying to grow, but I think that old oil money is suck in the old way of thinking. Pretty much if you don't know anyone down here it is really hard to find a career forward job; along with the part-time only do the bare minimum, so you basically getting minimum wage and little to no hours. The only thing keeping the city running is the University, the students come for cheap schooling and leaving to find a good and steady job in the city.
