If you are buying in Frisco, you might consider do Different people want different things when they buy a home. Quality of life is largely determined by the quality of governance of a city or of a homeowners association. If you are even considering buying within the Heritage Lakes development, might I suggest that you consider doing due diligence by inputting the search term "heritage lakes hoa " into the Google News search block. I would suggest that you will have a wealth of published pieces which should give you enough insight as to the quality of the governance of the mandatory HOA which rules this development. ( I would suggest that I would use the term "serves" for the function performed by other HOAs that are well managed. Caveat emptor is the watch word here.
