I live in Lancaster, CA and am looking to move due to the high cost of living and the climate. It is difficult as a single parent to purchase a home anywhere in California. Although Lancaster is more affordable than other areas within Los Angeles county, the climate here is not something I enjoy. It is the high desert and summers are HOT!! I'm looking for a place that has four seasons, good schools and affordable housing.
