Theft in the city schools
The theft in the city is getting bad, the city keeps it under the radar but it is out of control, you have kids sneaking into locker rooms of the opposite sex and stealing from their gym lockers. 2 children working on an assignment in my home with my child stole 2 digital cameras from my home, and the school doesn't want to address it, all they say is due to privacy laws they can't do anything. Something needs to be done and addressed about the youth stealing from each other. It gives the city a bad name.
