If I have to live in WI, I wouldn't want to live a
True, winters are TOO LONG in WI, but since I have to live in this state, Oconomowoc (Lake Country in general) is the ONLY place I'd want to live! Besides being a very safe place with great schools, it's got lots of natural beauty and charm; in addition: golf, biking/running paths, multiple coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance, specialty grocery stores (and two really great wine stores that host tastings and classes), multiple gyms, etc. Hwy 94 East takes you right to Miller Park and Milwaukee, and 94 West to Madison. It's really a gem of a location, and worth the 30 minutes commute to work each day.
