Nice place to live. Living in Clermont is very peaceful. I feel very safe here. It is also very convenient to all that central Florida is known for. Driving to Disney or the Kissimmee Orlando area is abou 30 minutes. To the beaches less than two hours. Clermont has a lot of chain resteraunts. I wish they had more hometown resteraunts. But when they get one it doesn't seem to last. I also wish they had more hometown activities. They do have a nice Christmas parade and celebration. Except for the awful months of summer heat it is a wonderful place to retire and live a simple life.
