It's a legend in its own mind. Living here is like Paton Place. Also like Desperate Housewives or 90210. In the words its a terrible place to live. It's made up of predominantly New Yorkers and their attitudes. Rude would be putting it mildly. Real Estate is overpriced and it's junk. Go live in Winter Park, Florida, it's paradise.
