Living in Johnson City
I have lived in Johnson City for 20 years. I was born in St. Louis, but grew up here, and wouldn't change that if I could. I love it here. It has lots of restaurants and other entertainment. It has many of the fun big city things without all the traffic and other negative things about a big city. Even if you work all the way across town, you can get there in about 15 mins. And about 20 mins. away, you have all the fun of the Appalachian Mtns. We have great weather here all year, the people are friendly, and the cost of living is very reasonable.
