Located approximately twenty-five minutes from a renewed downtown Chattanooga and touching the shores of Chickamauga Lake, Ooltewah is positioned to be the premier Chattanooga zip code. The cost of living is reasonable, the schools are high performing, and the new Volkswagen plant promises a new round of economic development. Hopefully, the new development will accompany a new emphasis on sustainability and smart urban/suburban planning.
