The same city? I owned 2 homes in Lawrenceville and was a long time resident. Lawrenceville experienced great growth and was the commuters dream in the 1980's. It was one white county when I lived there. If I were a person of color and lived there then, I was the exception. There was quite a bit of blatant racism then. My brother still lives in Lawrenceville and has watched his property value plunge by 60% since the housing crash.
