Pet friendly neighborhood Hi. Hubby and I are planning to move from Memphis TN down to the foley/daphne/Fairhope area. Now I spoke with the nice folks at BARC and was advised the number of dogs must follow leash laws. Ok we can do that. However I was advised to check with the neighborhoods. Some neighborhoods are anti dog??? Anyway we have three rescues, one in worst condition than the next Can I get a heads up as to what areas we can purchase in Thanks so much
