For the rich I've lived in Payson for three and a half years. And have never been in a city with such a high cost of living. A semi well to do neighborhood will run you 800$ or more. Even in the crummy parts I'm still paying 600. The only truly good thing about this place is the numerous hiking spots and many places to go shopping. If you have the money, move to Payson.
