Gem of a town
We bought our vacation home in this quaint, historic town and are loving the time we spend there. The nearby Potomac river is beautiful and offers canoeing and kayaking activities. There's hiking and biking paths, plenty of great restaurants to choose from, theater and arts, Shepherdstown Univesity, and a very pleasant atmosphere. Couldn't say enough good things about Shepherdstown!
