Sutton-Alpine, AK is a small town in Alaska with a population of just over 3,000 people. Despite its small size, Sutton-Alpine is home to some great schools that have received high ratings from the state and local community. The public school system includes two elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school. All four schools are highly rated and provide quality education to their students. The teachers are dedicated and passionate about helping their students succeed, often going above and beyond what is expected of them. In addition to the traditional programs offered by the public schools, there are also several charter schools available in Sutton-Alpine that offer alternative educational opportunities for those who may need it. With the combination of excellent public and charter schools, Sutton-Alpine provides a great learning environment for children of all ages.

We acquired our homesite 1985, built a log cabin/house and permanently moved there in 2000. Left in 2010 (in our 70's) as the cold became a problem, but still love it  More
