Port Ludlow, WA is a small town located on the banks of the Puget Sound in Washington State. Politically, Port Ludlow is a part of Jefferson County and is represented by both state and federal legislators. At the state level, Port Ludlow is represented by two representatives from the 10th Legislative District: Senator Dean Takko (D) and Representative Brian Blake (D). At the federal level, Port Ludlow is part of Washington’s 6th Congressional District and is represented by Derek Kilmer (D).
