Sheffield, PA is a small borough in Warren County located in northwestern Pennsylvania. As of the 2010 census, the population of the borough was 1,516 people. Political representation in Sheffield consists of a mayor and four council members elected to serve four-year terms. The current mayor is Gordon DeMatteo, who has served since 2012. The other council members include Elsie Houseman, Dave Smith, Steve Fisher, and Robert Hartzel. All are members of the Republican Party and have been elected to office for multiple terms.
