| Still a great place - 10/23/2005
Yes Simi is growing as fast as any place, but it is still one of the best "small" cities in Southern California. It is a great place to raise kids.

| Vandalism on the rise - 10/5/2005
Car break-ins and thefts are on the rise especially in rental communities. I remember 3 car break-ins in one single apartment community in a span of 2 weeks.
Simi Valley is no longer as safe nor as clean as before, and the downside is that the pace is very fast.
