| Bethlehem, Memorial Day, 2011 - 5/30/2011
The city of Bethlehem is staging a revival. With the loss of tax revenue when Bethlehem Steel closed 10+ years ago the city has struggled with its finances. It has been getting better and the Historic District is really lovely. Lehigh University, Moravian College and Muhlenberg College are all in Bethlehem. It's about 80 miles from New York City and 60 miles from Philadelphia. We have a good size airport that has service to many cities.

| The Star of Bethlehem - 6/1/2008
As our hometown website says "Bethlehem is a city of nearly 72,000 people in eastern Pennsylvania - a city known for its rich colonial and industrial history. Today Bethlehem is experiencing an economic and cultural renaissance promising a future as bright as the city's past."
Bethlehem has so much to offer - annual celebrations like Musikfest & Celtic Classic; several top-notch colleges and universities; it's veritable feast for art enthusiasts - the Pennsylvania Youth Theatre, Stabler Arena, Touchstone Theatre, Banana Factory, DeSales University's Shakespeare Festival, Zoellner Arts Center, Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, and more. And this fast growing city has managed to retain its quaint hometown feel by preserving many precious stars from its eclectic past that shine through its progress - the Moravian Bookstore, Bach Choir, & Chamber Singers continue twinkling alongside of the newly emerging Bethlehem Works redevelopment.

| Housing Prices - 2/16/2008
Currently a buyers market as prices are inflated from years of low rates and high influx of home seekers from NY and NJ. Loan defaults in the future and a cooling economy should serve to foster lower housing rates.

| A wonderful little city! - 12/15/2007
Bethlehem, Pennsylvania is a top-notch city. Located in the Lehigh Valley, Bethlehem is about 20 minutes away from New Jersey and is right next door to Allentown, Pennsylvania (in fact, thier city limits touch).
Bethlehem is split by the Lehigh River, which runs East-West through the city. The Northside, where most of the city's population resides, is known locally for its historic Moravian downtown and industrial quarter. Main Street has many little shops and resturants and is definatly worth a visit.
The Southside is dominated by the blast furnaces of Bethlehem Steel and features its own, newer downtown with many wonderful resturants. Soon, the area will be the home to a linear park called a greeway that will follow old railroad right-of-way bought by the city. It will also feature a casino owned by Sands Las Vegas on the old Bethlehem Steel land along with other developments, such as a hotel, the National Museum of Industrial History, a PBS studio, a youth performing arts center, and an events center.
Bethlehem is also the location for Musikfest, a summer music festival that features local and big-name artists and the best food you will ever have!

| Bethlehem, PA Great Little City - 8/12/2005
We lived in Bethlehem Township, PA. from 1987 through 1998 and really liked it. Very low crime, people would leave expensive 10 speed bikes on the front porch unlocked. No other city I ever lived I could do that and get away with it. Great town with plenty to do and nice shopping and restaurants. Bethlehm also has a beautiful historic downtown area they call, Christmas City, during the season. Great place to live in my opinion.
