A real gem - 2/23/2006
My wife and I have lived in Monrovia for 4 years now. It is a fantastic place to live with real Americana neighborhoods and some early 1900's architecture. We feel safe walking all around at night; the 'old town' section is great and has a street fair every Friday evening.
