Pretty peaceful - 7/13/2012
We live more in the country part of Northwood because we have a farm. Other than being by a busy road it is pretty peaceful. Beautiful sunsets over the farm and some wildlife. Crime in Northwood in general seems to be relatively low. I think it is a safe place to live and raise your family. We have all the seasons of Ohio. Winters can be pretty cold, summers hot. My husband and I were raised in the area as well. Commute times aren't bad because the expressways are close. Plenty of a variety of stores for shopping as well.
