Lexington is a Jewel in the Shenandoah Valley - 7/4/2020
I moved to the city of Lexington from Houston 4.5 years ago. I couldn't be happier. Residents are polite and friendly. There is employment for seniors like myself and I enjoy my 2 part time jobs here (performing arts theatre and museum in a historic house). The town is very pretty and has a heart to it. In 5 minutes, one can be in stunningly beautiful countryside. There is very little crime and the local police are friendly and community spirited.
