Live in a 1 acre sub w/ horse priv & irrigation south of I-10 & 91st Ave known as Tolsun Farms. Nice place for family and access, many new area bus. growing w/ expansion to the West (8/2006). New freeway outer loop/ bypass to the South towards Laveen to start soon. Sub turn over is low as a result prices are lower than similiar areas close
