Trumbull, Connecticut is a suburban town located in Fairfield County, with a population of approximately 36,000 residents. It is known for its highly-rated public school system and family-friendly environment. To get a better understanding of what it's like to live in Trumbull, I have summarized some of the user reviews from BestPlaces.net.

According to John from Trumbull, "I moved here a year ago and I am loving it so far. The town is clean, safe, and has a great sense of community." Another user, Samantha, echoes this sentiment by saying, "I grew up in Trumbull and I can't imagine living anywhere else. The schools are exceptional and there are plenty of parks and recreational activities for families to enjoy."

However, not all reviews are glowing. As stated by Michael, "While Trumbull is a nice town, the cost of living is quite high. The property taxes are outrageous and it's difficult to find affordable housing." Another user, Jessica, adds, "I have lived in Trumbull my whole life and I feel like it lacks diversity. It's a predominantly white town and there is not much variety in terms of cultural experiences."

Overall, it seems that Trumbull is a desirable place to live, especially for families. The sense of community, great schools, and safe environment are major draws for residents. However, some may find the cost of living and lack of diversity to be potential downsides. As with any place, it's important to weigh the pros and cons to determine if Trumbull is the right fit for you.

A few pros, but mostly cons. - 11/4/2019
This area is good for someone who wants a busy suburban life, pleanty of live music, museums, and restaurants. The downside is the cost of living and the traffic. A commute during 5 o clock traffic that is about 15 miles could take 45 minutes or more. Weekends there is always traffic as well. Also most parks in fairfield county are only available if you live in that town, so Trumbull for example doesnt have a beach so you have to pay extra as an out of town resident to use the beaches which aren't very clean. And if the beaches are clean I would still check the water toxicity ratings as this summer beaches were closed down due to high counts of bacteria in the long island Read More
