A Goldilocks town! - 7/3/2018
Keep this between us... Richmond is a hidden gem. A small university town close to a large city (Lexington is 30 minutes away) and less than two hour from very large urban with all they have to offer (Louisville and Cincinnati). The local university provides access to services and services and opportunities of a much larger town (shops, entertainment, arts, athletics...) The forests, mountains, lakes and rivers are at your door step as well. Housing is affordable, the schools are good, jobs are plentiful. The downside - not very walkable, yet.
