I have enjoyed the close proximity to both Portland & Salem Oregon. The outdoor recreation & walking trails are wonderful. It’s a moderate sized town w/ good neighborhoods & services. Fits our lifestyle as working parents w/ children.

This is one of the best towns for getting drunk in I have ever known, the cops leave you the hell alone, and they don't get all bent out of shape over public pissing, which I think is really great, so if you love to get drunk and pass-out (as I do) this is a great place to do
