Quality life for small rural community. Denver is one of the fastest growing towns in Lancaster County due in part to location for commuters. The lay out of the business district is interesting. There is some retail business on Main Street, Denver. You need to drive along to Rte. 272 for most retail shops and grocery shopping. It is helpful that Ephrata, Reading, and Lancaster are within 25 miles.

Both light and heavy manufacturing provides an economic benefit to the area. The Denver/Adamstown area is known well for the many antique shops.
