I have lived in Marshall since the early 90s. I am desperate to leave! We have been on a downward spiral since Katrina... Alot of the evacuees never left. Jobs are non existent, our crime rate spiked, our highways are congested and in need of repair due to the high volume of traffic. basically, we acquired more people in a short amount of time than our little town could handle. And to top it all off, housing is overpriced for the quality that is being offered. Read More
