The Twin City - 6/13/2009
The weather, economy, outdoor activities, and colleges are exactly like Lewiston (ID), yet when rated as one of the Best Places Clarkston is often left out of the reports. Only a river separates the two cities and many of us live in Clarkston and work in Lewiston.

The weather is wonderfully mild, the crime rate is so low that most of us still don't lock our doors, our interpretation of a long wait in line is maybe 5-10 minutes. High traffic means there are 10-12 cars driving in the same lane.

Unemployment is low here and the schools excel due to the low class size. With 8 golf courses, two rivers, lakes, a community college, a State College, and two Universities with in 30 minutes from each other who can ask for any thing Read More
