We bought our house 2 years ago during "the rush" and watched as the apprasied value went up a full 15% in the next six months. Now, we've come all the way back down and people have sold next door to me for about 5% less than what we've bought. Things are not good now to sell - to buy, this seems like your market to cash in. Most people think it will level off and rise in the next 6 months again slowly - let's see....
