I consider Martinsville the hidden jewel of Bridgewater. Close to everything but situated between the first and second Watchung Mts.and that shields us from all the highway noise coming off of rt. 22 and I 287. Sitting in the valley we don't seem to get as much snow as those North of the valley and the elevation is just high enough that we don't have to worry about major flooding. Most all the homes sit on 1+ acres so we have plenty of room but close enough to know your neighbors. A nice small shopping area for day to day items but only 10 minutes to the major shopping centers.
