Nothing but crime and homeless people.

The crime here is rampant. Completely out of control. There are also homeless everywhere and the city is not helping them. The weather is miserable nine months of the year.

I live in the Midwest and have visited Salem. The weather in Salem is not miserable. Salem has a Mediterranean climate and the weather is great.
