You're delusional. This place is not get better because people move out. what do you mean by bounce back? Toledo hasn't been back since the 1960s! If you're waiting for a bounce back forget it! Toledo is a cheap-ass place to live because it has horrible weather 7 months out of the year and the people are a bunch of dumbasses who have nothing else on their mind except which college team is currently winning. There are no jobs blue collar or otherwise, unless you're a physician or a lawyer to treat all the sick people or handle all the disability cases here. Toledo sucks ass and is for losers and if you settle here you'll regret it one day because it's like trying to get out of prison. Run don't look back!
