We actually live in the outskirts of the city, which is good for nature lovers. The beauty of the area is often breathtaking whether it be by witnessing the intensity of a good thunderstorm or by delighting in the awesome wildlife. The Sandhill Cranes are incredible, and nothing beats the vision of storks and pelicans flying overhead. Even and occaisional glimpse of alligators, minks and turtles are enjoyable. We are only minutes from the Gulf of Mexico, which has delightful sunsets. This has to be the closest I have been to paradise!
