Dude, sexual predators are everywhere in the United States. I looked at that website, and Clovis is no worse per-capita than anyplace else. Just to make a point: Appleton, Wisconsin has TWICE as many sex offenders per capita, and that city is widely regarded to be one of the safest places to raise a family. Clovis is a nice place to raise a family, and there isn't really anything that makes it worse than anyplace else (maybe except for the polluted air, but that's about it).
