great location

great location to Philly and airport, malls, everything is local, taxes are 4,000 yearly. Voted best school district, "dry" town, great place for kids, sidewalks, parks, friendly people, increase in real estate is more in-line with 5-7% not the percentage that this site gives. 1% income tax except for seniors (very friendly to seniors), great police and fire department, new businesses every year.

i love brookhaven but the trash by every business and on the street needs to be taken care before i move there. sav alot has alot of trash in the parking lot. i would hope the boro would hire someone to pick up the trash on the sidewalks in front of the busineses and fine the storebut nothing is getting done
