I bought an investment property here several years ago and come to work on it several times a year. The area is reviving slowly, although sleepy. The people are the salt of the earth and refreshingly upfront and uncomplicated. The area has a hospital, YMCA, Mall, 12 screen movie theatre and still more shopping being built (Target and car dealers). This area is like the people slow and steady and forward moving. Williamsport nearby is reviving as well with 2 colleges taking up all the beautiful old 1800's homes. Look for new life in this area. Tabitha
