Housing is inexpensive close to downtown, winter here is very cold, people in this zip code are standoffish, low budget feel and have bad attitudes, but if you don’t mess with them they won’t mess with you. You occasionally see drunks and a couple of attics walking with beers in hand or attics begging for money at the near by Marathon, other than that it’s a harmless area if you mind your business good middle school
