Great Apartment for Great Price - 9/15/2008
We relocated to Dakota Dunes for a job in Sioux City, IA. The apartment complex (Wellington at The Dunes) is a great facility. For $840 a month we get a 2 bed/2 bath 1,000+ sq. foot apartment with a 1 car garage. Ammentities include a heated outdoor and indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, men's women's locker rooms, tanning beds, fitness center, and meeting room. The neigborhood is highlighted by the Arnold Palmer designed Dakota Dunes Country Club. There are paved and crushed rock lined walking paths through the area to te Big Sioux River.
