Clean fun vibe but expensive Lived here for a couple months now. Love the beach and the weather. Nice boardwalk to walk or ride your bike. Overall nice clean feel and vibe. Only move here if you have a great income. Median home price is 812k. We rent a small 2 bedroom condo for 2500 a month. Would love to buy, but hoping for crash in the real estate market. Property taxes and all tax in CA is too high. Thank liberals for that.
