We happened upon this amazing little town about 10 years ago. We were looking for a water-oriented community that was reasonably priced and found Colonial Beach. We bought a "fixer upper" and started spending every weekend at "the Beach". Ten years, thousands of great times, and hundreds of wonderful friends later...Colonial Beach is our full time residence!
