cheap housing and rent, just about any house hold that makes 30 000 or more can afford a house here as they go for 60 to 80 thousand, most homes are old and have mold in the basements. there are some nicer homes that go for 90-130 and the resort properties 4-8 miles from downtown that go for 160-250
