Crestwood's Decline Crestwood is a town in decline.. that has relied (too much) in the past on a booming shopping mall. The mall is now closed and the big box anchors have left. A large majority of the population is elderly as young people seem lothe to relocate or stay here. There is a plan to 'rebuild'.. but is far in the future. The administration in my opinion lacks the drive and transperency to be of any use whatsever. Only blind luck will save this town.
