Yes this is all true of Lawton Oklahoma, BUT that's because of the low demand of people wanting to live here. Imagine driving through a town in the middle nowhere and you get that feeling of going back in time by 20yrs. That's Lawton. The only modern structures going for them are the few big chain restaurants and Native American Casinos. Look up 20 best things to do in Lawton, Oklahoma and that alone will make you think twice of heading that way.
