It used to be nice. I lived here my whole life and had to leave. It used to be such a cute little place to live with just enough nearby in Tampa/Clearwater to entertain yourself. Employment was fine. Now it's WAY too over-populated for how small it is, they're expanding at the expense of losing even more land, it's gradually getting less clean, and it no longer feels like 'Dunedin'. They've turned this into a mini version of Clearwater Beach, but with SO SO SO much less space to accomodate it.
