Rural area convenient to historic places such a George Washington's Farm and Civil War Battlefields. Halfway (about an hours drive) between Richmond, Va and Washington DC. Lake Anna has water recreation. Soon to be home to an auto racing track and there are plans to move an minor league baseball team of the Washington Nationals nearby. Minutes from downtown Federicksburg. Quite neighborhood with little crime but traffic congestion is a slight problem during rush hour.
